The Rio Times article says exactly what one might expect it to say based on the headline. Some people, left leaning in Brazil believe that Trump's win will be bad for Brazil considering the way he talks about trading, while others that consider themselves right-wings celebrated the win, telling the people that Trump is taking the United Sates in a direction Brazil should also look to go in the future. The article does show some bias by giving much of the article length to discussing people who disagree with Trump and very little to people who agree with him.

Unlike many of the countries analyzed here, Brazil appears rather neutral, not in that their people don't care one way or another, but in there being almost equal parts approval and disapproval.
